Very Good

The room was clean and comfy and spacious. Kids love the pools and beach. The view was good with mountain.

the air conditioner blower sounded bit loud during nite bit disturbing and the rooms could use some minor make over.

Still Worth It.

Room is spacious and bed was comfortable. Hot water shower temperature was consistent and stable. Staff encountered were hospital and polite. Eating places are just in front of the hotel, including a minimart which makes it convenient. There are 2 massage palours about 100m from hotel. Foot massage was good. Hard Rock Cafe us next door.

Hotel and room are dated and could do with some renovation. Draining of water in bathtub was slower than normal - suspect some choking.

I like all ur staff courtesy.

I like all ur staff courtesy..serve with smile..

Please relook on room ventilation.. my first room given to mee if not mistaken room no 729 all walls were so damp even the floor especially at master room (no balcony).. the maintenance staff told me due to opening of balcony door (at second room) n the air cond must put on lowest temp (is it so??).. meaning i cant off or set the temp to higher value.. complained to the duty manager..they send another maintenance guys (after i felt uncomfortable i rang again) .. then they change to another room 732 which have 2 balcony door..this room was much better condition than the other.. i really like to extend my thanks to puan norli (hope i get the name right) ..she have given full cooperation to ensure my 2 night stays were comfortable.. thabks again.

I stay at this hotel because of nostalgic reasons. I hope nothing will change my mind on this.

Breakfast. Croissants and omelette. Swimming pool. New refurbished rooms.

Not being able to park nearer to the lifts near the sundry store. One of us is handicapped and it was ridiculous not being able to use that parking lot.

The beach and the hotel area is clean.

The beach and the hotel area is clean. The housekeeping clean the room very fast, our room is clean after we're back from breakfast

Playland area- there are age restriction in the playland area section. 1-3 yrs at smaller section, 6 above at another section, eventhough my son is 3 ++ he can only play at the small kids section, which he gets bored after 5 mins. Parents also are not allowed to assist kids in the play area which is not normal practice in indoor gym

I have such a fantastic time there.

I have such a fantastic time there. my son likes the pool very much. the beach was well maintained and clean. the staff are so friendly. I may come here again next time.

Mr Sun the reflexologist was great

Mr Sun the reflexologist was great The garden is beautiful despite the overload of signs, and staff are friendly Rooms are spacious. Food at garden bar was good.

Bathroom was not clean, needs a real good scrub. Dirty rubber bath mat, yellow stains on shower curtain, very filthy air filter, walls dirty. The rooms were updated to a very limited extent. Rooms are dull and not inviting. Entire hotel needs an update. Breakfast area is gloomy.

Beachfront location, large and clean room with a balcony, friendly staff, nice choice at breakfast buffet.

Rooms/ decor could be updated, food in restaurant at lunch was not very impressive.

Only thing is the bathroom could do with upgrading.. bath shower very bold and tiles/grout and bath grotty looking

The flexibility of free cancellation until nearer to the check-in date. There’s also sufficient parking places. Has a spacious greenery walk right before the entering the beach. Air-cond is and doesn’t give problems.

Sound proof wasn’t that good. Hill view room in which the balcony faces the main road can hear noticeable noise as vehicles passes. It disturbed the sleeping experience at night. The bath tub wasn’t really clean and the water takes some time for it to be fully drained. The balcony wasn’t clean... the sliding door is old and dusty and opening it requires some effort (pushing hard). The sofa seems old and has some stench. The gym facilities are not really well-maintained. The weight lifts are old and rusty and also some of the equipments are already out-of-order. It is also not air-conditioned making it not an ideal for the hot weather of Penang.

Clean and comfy stay

I likeed every thing in this resort was nice, at athe most is swimming pool and the nice seats in the garden.

There are door betwen my room and next room. We spent all morning tume listing to the TV frim next room. But in general i the room, maybe the price was up in my date, not aure
